The main feature about our custom writing service is that you will pay the writer only when a part or the whole paper is completed. You will have your personal account where you can load your funds and release payments as the writer progresses.
The funds on you personal account are 100% refundable, if you have not yet used them for an order. Payments can be refunded to your personal account if you used them for a specific order but canceled it; this does not include payments for additional services. However, you can only claim back the money that have not yet been released to the writer.
To return the money from your current balance, you should press “Request a refund from your balance” in “My Balance” tab of your personal account.. You can only refund money if you have any on your balance. Your order is considered complete, when you release the last payment to the writer, afterwards no money can be refunded.
